- You will be expected to work across health and social care and other statutory and private sector organisations.

- A working knowledge and practical application of Health and Social Care Legislation including the Care Act 2014 is required.

- Risk assessing and have an awareness of Adult Safeguarding and Mental Capacity are essential.
- A commitment to continued professional development and a willingness to contribute to practise and overall development of the team is essential.
You will be offered excellent clinical, and management support. Regular supervision and employee personal development review 6 monthly. You will have access to all relevant training to support you in the role and opportunities to develop and progress to support you to meet the HCPC’s CPD requirements. You will be expected to meet the service requirements and standards of conduct as required by Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC), and Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC registration). We welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified Social workers and will offer a supported year in employment with oversight from an Advance Social Work Practitioner. The posts are permanent position working in a supportive and fast paced environment alongside Occupational Therapist colleagues.
We have a flexible hybrid working model applicants considering applying must hold a recognised Social Work qualification and be registered with the HCPC. Hold a full driving licence and have access to transport is essential. The post carries an authorised car user allowance or taxi service for disabled employees.
