About The Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Executive with a deep passion for football and a strong background in social media management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing various social media platforms and will play a crucial role in promoting our brand through creative and impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
Attend football matches and live events to capture and create engaging content in real-time.
Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote our brand, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our channels.
Create compelling content, including posts, short videos, stories, and other visuals, that resonate with our target audience.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align social media strategies with broader company goals.
Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitors to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
Utilize video and audio editing software to produce high-quality content that meets our brand standards.
Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Candidate Requirements

2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the sports or media industry.
A deep passion for football and a strong understanding of the sport’s culture and audience.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Knowledge of video and audio editing software or apps, with the ability to create polished and professional content.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
Ability to work flexible hours, to attend live sports events.
Ability to travel to football tournaments across UK if needed.
