About The Role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Executive with a deep passion for football and a strong background in social media management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing various social media platforms and will play a crucial role in promoting our brand through creative and impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Attend football matches and live events to capture and create engaging content in real-time.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote our brand, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our channels.
- Create compelling content, including posts, short videos, stories, and other visuals, that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align social media strategies with broader company goals.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitors to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
- Utilize video and audio editing software to produce high-quality content that meets our brand standards.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Candidate Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the sports or media industry.
- A deep passion for football and a strong understanding of the sport’s culture and audience.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Knowledge of video and audio editing software or apps, with the ability to create polished and professional content.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Ability to work flexible hours, to attend live sports events.
- Ability to travel to football tournaments across UK if needed.
