Job Title: Account ManagerLocation: Field - South East (Ideally based in Sussex/Kent)Job Description As Account Manager in our Aesthetics division, you will, improve product usage and increase sales by fostering and developing relationships with customers, suppliers, and other partners. You will also proactively win new business and grow existing accounts through careful strategic business planning and positioning of products while enhancing the operation of the business and commercial success of our partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage current aesthetic customer base whilst proactively identifying new business opportunities in growth trends, customers, products, and services.
- Seek out and build relationships with appropriate contacts in target organisation, including clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across the aesthetic market.
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' aesthetic portfolio, products and services and be able to advise others about them.
- Think strategically by seeing the bigger picture, develop business plans for key customers and set SMART objectives to develop and improve business.
- Represent the company at congresses and events as an ambassador of the company for both internal and external customers.
- Understand the business strategy around products, promotions to ensure maximise all sales opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience successfully growing business within large accounts.
- Appreciation of the diverse roles within a private clinic and the role each plays in the decision-making process.
- Ability to plan and execute hands on training events compliantly and to a high quality.
- Ability to cultivate, maintain and build professional relationships with key opinion leaders and clinic owners.
- Understanding and application of sales levers to specific customer and market dynamics.
- Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) qualified or commitment to pass within 2 years of joining.
- Experience of working within the Aesthetic sector is preferred but not essential.
