Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sous & Head Chefs in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- Contribute to menu development and creative recipe ideas
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and contemporary cooking techniques
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
