THE ROLE
This role will include but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end process of client lead generation from data collection to reporting
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies
• Work closely with the head of campaign excellence and targeting and the copywriter to create and deliver email marketing campaigns
• Respond to all inbound marketing queries and manage inboxes
• Manage social media outreach
• Assist with the creation of external marketing documents and all other marketing collateral
• Maintain and update the company website with marketing materials, ensuring that all content is up to date and accurate
• Provide additional administrative support to the marketing team, as required
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills and profile:
• School leaver qualification or above in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to review own work
• Evidence of being self-sufficient and taking initiative, with the ability to undertake tasks with minimal supervision
• Organization skills and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication, plus great interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making phone calls in an office environment
• A can-do attitude, flexible and willing to support the team
• Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word plus a basic understanding of email tools is essential
• Knowledge of a CRM system and email service provider software is desirable
