The Role

As Account Manager, you will be sitting within the Client Services team of the agency, playing a vital role in providing exceptional service across the agency's client portfolio as well as consulting your clients on social best practice and content ideation.

Collaborating with the Content team on briefs and planning as needed
Developing and nurturing strong client relationships
Overseeing project delivery from start to finish
Ensuring timelines and deadlines are met
Managing budgets for multi-platform campaigns
Meeting and exceeding client expectations while maintaining professionalism

About You

2 years of experience in a social media agency
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders
Solid understanding of social media platforms and best practices
Proficient in reporting and data analysis
Creative approach to projects
Passion for contemporary culture and social media trends
