Social Media Executive

We're looking for a passionate Social Media Executive to help us share our story, engage with our community, and grow our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including images, videos, and written posts, that aligns with our brand voice and values.
Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistent messaging and visual aesthetics.
Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics to identify trends and insights for optimising strategies.
Influencer & Brand Collaborations: Identify and engage with influencers and potential brand partners to expand our reach and strengthen our brand image.
Market Research: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices, and implement them where appropriate.
Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives and visual stories that resonate with our target audience, including new parents, gift-givers, and baby product enthusiasts.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management in a consumer brand or e-commerce environment.
Strong creative skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Later, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights).
A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
Passion for the baby and gifting industry is a plus!
