ABOUT THE ROLE

As a PR and Influencer Executive, you will work with the Fable & Mane Marketing team to assist in the delivery and execution of our PR & Influencer strategy. This role offers the opportunity to develop your knowledge and contribute to day-to-day tasks across all areas of PR and influencer marketing, enhancing your understanding and proficiency in the beauty marketing field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively identify, reach out to, and maintain daily communication with emerging influencer talent and KOLs;
Assist in the planning and execution of Paid Influencer & UGC campaigns;
Support in the creation of press materials and content;
Track and report on campaign performance and media coverage;
Support event planning and coordination as needed;
Respond to and action all send-out requests and giftings in a timely manner;
Support on creative PR mailers, including idea generation, compiling target gifting lists and packing mailers for send out in time with new product launches;
Become immersed in leading influencer marketing platforms/ tools such as Tribe, Kale, TYB and Octoly;
Proactively participate in generating ideas to enhance and propel the influencer marketing strategy, employing a creative and innovative mindset to elevate the brand’s visibility and influence;
Provide general support where required to ensure smooth running of the Influencer Marketing team, and wider Marketing Department;
Manage stock orders and organisation in the office, ensuring all boxes are tidied away in a timely manner.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Key Skills & Experience:

· 1+ year minimum experience within a similar PR & Influencer Marketing Role (In-house or agency)

· A genuine interest in PR & Influencer Marketing

· Experience (or interest) in Beauty

· Willingness to stay updated and report back on industry trends

· Computer/ Social media savvy

· Excellent communication and writing skills

· Well-organised, able to work with deadlines

· An analytical mind with attention to detail

· BSc/BA in communications or relevant field (Preferred)
