Caretaker

Responsibilities:

To provide/facilitate services to residents.
To respond proactively to resident or other requests in a timely and polite manner
To communicate effectively with residents, guests, members of staff and contractors
Daily cleaning of the common parts
To answer the telephone & deal with enquiries, logging and following up on requests
To receive, log, and distribute mail/parcels other deliveries to individual properties.
To oversee the cleanliness & comfort of reception areas and associated common parts.
Responsibility for the maintenance of the highest standards of presentation
Responsibility for the daytime security of the estate
Reporting and following up on anti-social behaviour, liaising with the police as appropriate
Assistance with the implementation and overview of appropriate operational protocols
Assistance with Health & Safety compliance
To assist with daily administration and office tasks
To assist the property management team in monitoring the presence of workmen working at the building and supervising their activities to ensure minimum disturbance to residents.
