Job Title: Business Analyst

Salary: Starting from £45,628 - depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
- Driving the execution of key operational information collection from multiple sources
- Process mapping to various levels of detail via standard toolsets
- Identifying key stakeholders and creating engagement packs with required question sets and collateral
- Working to target delivery dates and highlighting potential blockers and issues
- Planning and leading workshops with stakeholders (at all levels) to capture requirements, operational information and business process
- Applying logic and formal methodologies
- Analysing existing process documentation to highlight gaps and issues that require rework during workshop engagements
- Creating project documentation for distribution and sign-off
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Business process management/modelling experience
- Understanding of use case definition/modelling
- Demonstrable experience analysing, documenting, understanding and presenting information
- Excellent stakeholder management experience at all levels
Desirable:
- Knowledge of BPMN (Business Model and Notation)
- Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter
