Your Role:
- Lead with Excellence: As a Head Waiter, you’ll be responsible for delivering first-class service while overseeing the wait staff to ensure a seamless dining experience. Your leadership will inspire the team to go above and beyond for every guest.
- Enhance the Guest Experience: With your deep knowledge of our menu and passion for hospitality, you’ll provide personalised recommendations, manage special requests, and ensure every guest leaves delighted.
- Support Front-of-House Operations: You’ll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth service, manage bookings, and handle any guest issues swiftly and professionally.
- Mentor the Team: You’ll train and coach junior wait staff, sharing your expertise in customer service, menu knowledge, and operational efficiency.
- Uphold High Standards: You’ll ensure that service runs smoothly, from setting tables to managing guest flow, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
