Exciting Marketing and Events Assistant in a global law firm. London-based with hybrid working
Events and Marketing Assistant role at a highly reputable global organisation. The role will sit as part of the wider BD team and will focus on supporting events and marketing in London. It will be part of a team of three, with the senior events executive and events assistant.
Key duties of the role will include:
- Working closely with the team to support client-facing and online events
- Occasionally supporting the global offices with their events
- Compile invitation lists, manage RSVPs and set up registrations for events on the day
- Support the marketing function with marketing events and projects
- Attend food and drink tastings with the events team
The team are really looking for someone who has atleast one year of experience in legal or professional services ideally in a BD Team. They want someone who can use their initiative and be proactive. You must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
