- Dealing with Telephone calls & enquiries in a helpful & polite manner.
- Dealing with Reception duties as required.
- Ordering & progressing repairs requests.
Summary of specific responsibilities and duties
- To provide a helpful & professional reception service for callers by phone & in person at Reception.
- Ordering & dealing with straightforward repairs requests & queries using the computerised Housing Management Repairs Systems.
- Input purchase order invoices & other documents using the Housing Management computer system.
- Provide statements of accounts as requested & regular intervals.
- To deal with Rent & Other Payments by Cash, Cheque or Card.
- To sign up & set up new rent accounts and terminations.
- To deal with Post & maintain supplies of Rent Books
- To provide general advice and information to callers.
- To maintain public information leaflets, forms & general Reception tidiness
- Maintaining the Tenant Satisfaction & General Filing Systems.
- Photocopying & Admin Support to Staff & Board Members
- Hand delivery of post to the Estate when required.
