As a Talent Partner, you will be supporting our hiring efforts across Product, Marketing Engineering and G&A functions to attract, hire and onboard the best talent. Sourcing the right talent for us globally is at the heart of our transformation journey. Additionally, you will be a natural storyteller using data and insights to support effective communication with your senior stakeholders. This role will require a strong focus on individual recruiting metrics and collaborating with other managers and stakeholders will be critical for success in this role.
What you'll do- Work in partnership with the chosen domain to provide deep hiring and marketing intelligence through external networks and connections
- Prioritise and manage a diverse range of positions by collaborating with key stakeholders
- Contribute to TA-wide initiatives, employing multi-sequence thinking to anticipate potential outcomes and proactively plan for contingencies
- Leverage data and insights to craft communication that effectively details talent acquisition strategies, successes, and challenges to stakeholders
- Establish and track individual recruiting metrics to evaluate performance, measure progress, and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Apply multi-sequence thinking to broader business objectives and the longer-term strategy to drive successful hiring.
About you - Demonstrable deep SME knowledge and best practices in one or more domains - Product, Engineering or Marketing.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, while delivering high-quality results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to employ multi-sequence thinking to navigate complex scenarios
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a knack for translating data and insights into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track and measure recruiting metrics and project outcomes
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and building relationships at various organisational levels
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
