Lioness Recruitment take their specialist experience to find specialist careers. A respected RSL with multiple sites across Southern England are looking for an experienced IT Trainer to design and deliver learning & development programmes including a portfolio of digital training, across the organisation. This is an 18 month fixed term salaried contract.
Your responsibilities will be to provide effective, engaging training through a variety of mediums such as face to face classroom training, floor walking, video & e-learning, and written materials. You will be required to build a suite of suitable training material including lesson plans, learning outcomes, user guides, presentations and training exercises. This role will require travel to sites in the South of England.
Essential:
- Demonstrable IT training experience within a Social Housing environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex cross department training plans and courses
- Significant experience of providing Housing Management Systems training (such as Aareon QL, Capita OPENHousing, Civica Cx, MIS ActiveH, MRI HousingEnterprise/Orchard Housing, MRI Capita One, NEC Housingetc)
- Solid experience in building training materials
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of training principles and methodology
- Utilising video training software to develop training courses
- Providing digital & IT training
- Experience delivering training to varied group sizes
- Good understanding of change management principles
- Any relevant training certifications would be highly advantageous (such as TAP Diploma, CTT+, TTT etc)
