Location: Hybrid – 2/3 days a week in our Moorgate office
Type: Permanent, Full-time: Mon-Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm with one hour for lunch

Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and digitally savvy Content Marketing Executive to join our ambitious travel business. You will be responsible for developing and executing content marketing across multiple platforms. Your role will focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition through strategic use of social media, email marketing, and brand campaigns. You will also be responsible for crafting compelling content and copy to support marketing initiatives and effectively communicate our brand story and amazing holiday offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform in various formats including video.
- Monitor social media trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Engage with our travel community on social channels, responding to comments and interacting with followers.
- Analyse and report on social media performance metrics to optimise campaigns.
Brand Campaigns:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute integrated brand campaigns that align with business goals.
- Coordinate with creative teams and other departments to ensure campaign success.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
- Segment email lists and personalise campaigns based on user behaviour and preferences.
- Create compelling email content to support marketing objectives.
- Track and report on email marketing performance, making data-driven improvements.
Content Creation & Copywriting:
- Write clear, compelling copy for digital ads, websites, SEO-optimised blogs, landing pages, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Brief or create video content for use on social media.
- Ensure brand tone of voice is consistent across all communications.
- Collaborate with the design team to create multimedia content that supports campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in marketing or related discipline or relevant business experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing and social media.
- Creativity in storytelling and content ideation with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Meta Creative Studio and Hootsuite) and email marketing/CRM platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Experience in running paid social and digital ad campaigns is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Passion for travel and an understanding of the industry is highly desirable.
