About the Role
Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Work Pattern: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week, Office-based
Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a junior marketer or recent graduate eager to embark on a career in a creative and inspirational industry. As the Marketing Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting the Marketing Manager with digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, content creation, and email marketig. You’ll also provide assistance to the wider team when needed.

Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Assistant at Hill House Interiors, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the creation and scheduling of captivating social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook.
- Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on the performance of social media channels to optimise engagement.
- Conducting competitor analysis to ensure Hill House remains a leader in the luxury interior design market.
- Staying abreast of emerging social media platforms and features, with a focus on developing and owning our TikTok strategy.
- Capturing photo and video content from around the studio and showroom to elevate our online presence.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Manager and Directors to drive brand awareness and increase social engagement.
- Acting as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent use of up-to-date branding across the team.
- Gaining expert knowledge of Hill House’s extensive project portfolio and assets.
- Assisting in the compilation of award submissions for prestigious industry accolades.
- Crafting engaging and visually compelling email marketing campaigns.
- Updating online profiles on industry platforms such as BIID, SBID, and Houzz.
- Assisting in maintaining the e-commerce website.
- Developing a strong understanding of the CRM and stock management systems, providing support to the wider team as needed.
- Taking on additional marketing-related tasks as required to support the team.
Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who brings a unique blend of creativity, enthusiasm, and dedication to the role. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A relevant further education qualification, such as a degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience with Google Analytics to track and report on website performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop preferred).
- A keen eye for detail and a flair for producing visually appealing content.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a polished, professional presentation.
- The ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
- An interest in interior design is a plus.
- A reliable commute to our Weybridge studio is essential.
