Social Media Manager - Travel & Hospitality
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Manager to join a leading PR Agency in London. This agency specialises in full 360 comms within the travel & hospitality for some great Highend Restaurants and luxury destinations! They're on the look out for a Social Media Star to join their established team to manage an existing accounts.
You will have a solid social background, working with some big brands with a corporate, yet creative professional flare! The nitty gritty for the right person..
- Specific knowledge required around methods to drive social media engagement, reach and community building across all key channels.
- Needs to be on top of digital evolution to ensure client’s receive the best understanding of how to make their organic content work as hard as possible.
- Contributes to the successful day to day running of brand accounts.
- Good communication and organisation skills required.
- A proactive and streamlined approach is key, identifying areas to add value across accounts.
- Campaign and project management with targeted approach to meet KPIs: manage work flow traffic and campaign calendar. Manages delivery of agendas, meeting notes, etc.
- Excellent client servicing skills.
- Excellent understanding around driving engagement and reach in communities.
- Excellent content calendar creation and management: copywriting, editing and content concepting – supported by a social media executive.
- Influencer contact book and experience managing influencer lead marketing campaigns. Experience in managing bookings and sharing feedback with clients.
- Excellent evaluation and reporting: pulling performance statistics, audience insights and content auditing. Leading on report delivery to client.
- Experience of briefing external suppliers such as photographers, graphic designers, videographers and models including briefing docs and mood boards.
- Understanding of how paid for campaigns work (executed by a paid for specialist)
- Presentation skills
- Brand Collaborations
- Accountable for content scheduling, monitoring of live content
- Use of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop etc
