Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant
Our client, a large finance organisation, is looking to recruit an Oracle HCM consultant with Payroll experience on a contract basis for an initial 3-month period. The can be based remotely, with occasional travel to Swindon.
The post holder will be required as backfill for project roles, and also to provide short term cover whilst our client looks to recruit a permanent vacancy in the team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Be accountable for the design and technical analysis strategy, production.
- Review designs and technical requirement across all environments.
- Produce and validate estimates and quotes.
- Review business requirements, test strategy, warranty plan and other artefacts
Required skills/experience:
- Extensive Oracle HCM and Payroll experience
- Experience of Integrating data/integration of systems,
- Strong technical skills- this is not a Project Management role, and requires technical skills for an integration
- Experience with Oracle Fast Formula would be beneficial
