The job holder is primarily responsible for ServiceNow Development. The primary responsibility includes developing work-flows & support incidents in the areas of various workflows that the application is comprised of. The role is expected to lead the development POD, provide necessary technical support to team to ensure deliverables confirming to schedules & quality standards. Acts as the team's technical point of contact for day-to-day development support and as the technical lead works closely with the business partners to understand the requirements and translate them to work deliverables from the team members. Specialists are also primarily responsible to drive process improvements & standardization in the respective areas to ensure improved quality and efficient services. The specialists are required to support to Management in delivery planning by technical & process related inputs for schedules, effort estimation and risk analysis and in identifying emerging technology trends
Mandatory Skills: 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 4 year of experience working on Request workflows within the ServiceNow application. Must have good exposure to Agile Scrum practices and methodology ServiceNow certification (CSA,CIS) Strong Core Java development experience. Demonstrated experience designing and developing process based solutions
