What You'll Do
As a Brand Comms Manager at Sainsbury's, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing marketing communications for broadcast and brand campaigns across various customer touchpoints such as TV, Press, Outdoor, Social, and Display, ultimately bringing the essence of "Good food for all of us" to life for our customers.
Your role will involve owning the end-to-end campaign process, from furthering the development of propositions to executing campaign creative designs and media planning, all the way to evaluating the campaign outcomes, making valuable contributions to the brand's performance metrics. Working with a diverse set of stakeholders and teams both internally and externally, you will drive the creation of best-in-class campaigns that align with objectives and contribute to differentiating the brand, creating customer excitement, and generating demand in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

With thorough understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, media planning, and stakeholder engagement, you play a pivotal role in shaping and executing end-to-end marketing strategies across various channels to deliver compelling messages that embody the essence of the Sainsbury's brand. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, build strong relationships, provide creative feedback, and lead with clarity and influence ensures the successful delivery of campaigns that exceed objectives and drive brand growth and differentiation in the competitive retail landscape.
