The Talent Partner will identify and attract top talent, collaborating with the talent manager, hiring managers, and department heads to meet staffing needs. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle for Shops and Shops Management, from sourcing to onboarding, while also contributing to recruitment-related projects, ensuring a smooth process and positive candidate experience.
These Are The Core Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including managing new store openings, and ensure we attract and hire the best talent to support our support our growth as a leading QSR brand
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs, manage recruitment effectively, and build talent pipelines for current and future openings.
- Monitor and enhance the resourcing process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee data reporting on weekly resourcing KPIs, review retention rates, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, engage in proactive networking, and explore cost-effective advertising opportunities to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
this is you
- At least 2 years of in-house recruitment experience, with a comprehensive understanding of the full recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.
- Flexible and proactive with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and act as an ambassador for the People function.
- Creative and resourceful, always looking for better ways to improve processes, with strong administrative skills and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Tribepad), and other job boards.
- Balances creativity with strong commercial insight and knowledge of the competitive market, demonstrating a track record of clear achievements in recruitment, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, encourage, and persuade, and experience in developing and nurturing candidate relationships while championing company values.
