Social Creative (Midweight)
We are looking for a
Social Creative to join us here at Grey London and make Famously Effective work that impacts culture.
As a Social Creative, you are passionate about the world of social advertising and have a deep understanding of its endless potential. You will play a pivotal role in inspiring and educating both the creative department and the broader agency on innovative social strategies, ensuring that social-first thinking becomes an integral part of every campaign. You’ll work closely with the Social Creative Director to develop innovative, creative ideas for both existing and new clients, while also managing and growing the agency’s own social channels.
The Day-to-day
Be a go-to person within the agency for all things social. You'll inspire, educate, and lead the creative department in the latest social trends, platforms, and best practices, while championing the endless possibilities of social-first campaigns.
Work closely with other creatives to shift traditional thinking towards a social-first mindset. Your role will require you to pivot traditional campaign ideas and approaches to better align with current social trends and platform capabilities.
Collaborate with the Social Creative Director to conceptualise and produce innovative, social-first campaigns that drive results for both existing and new clients. Your ideas will be at the forefront of bringing brand stories to life on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Take ownership of evolving and growing Grey's social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram. Your creativity and strategic insights will ensure the agency’s social channels remain engaging, relevant, and impactful.
Stay ahead of social media trends, innovations, and platform updates. Your role requires constant learning and experimentation with new formats, tools, and strategies to keep both client campaigns and the agency’s social content fresh and cutting-edge.
What You Will Need
- 2-3 years of experience in a creative role within the advertising, marketing, or design industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and campaigns across various social channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
