The marketing team at With Intelligence plays a vital role in promoting our suite of products that service the asset management industry across alternative and public markets. Our focus spans hedge funds, private credit, private equity, real estate, and infrastructure, supporting asset raising, benchmarking, and lead generation.

This is an important role in the business that requires an aptitude for leadership, more than 3 years of varied marketing experience, excellent campaign management skills and a good understanding of best practice around all aspects of data and CRM use.
You will work closely with multiple teams across the business (including getting to know the sales team), to identify opportunities with target clients and segments, and to build out nurture and engagement programmes that develop new prospects and leads as well as client marketing.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be diving into the data to understand trends, and will be a great communicator, happy to speak with sales regularly to understand what is needed for them, their customers and prospective customers.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Develop and execute innovative and effective demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
- Collaborate with the content and product marketers on campaign themes and messaging, translating campaign briefs into campaigns that generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for With's data products
- Create and manage multi-channel campaigns including online and offline channels to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs)
- Experiment, test and iterate - Examine data and report on campaign performance, advise on data-driven resolutions and continually improve programs and processes to drive pipeline and generate good ROI
- Working with the various sales teams to communicate activities, get actionable input, evaluate and improve lead quality and develop positive relationships
- Making sure good practice is adhered to all data processes and regulations
- Working closely with the Social Media Manager to coordinate campaigns
- Identification of gaps in data and delivering on plans to add relevant new contacts and clean/maintain existing data within campaign segments
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in demand generation, lead generation, and marketing automation to drive performance
- Collaborate with the internal events team and external events to promote the platform through presence at events
Requirements
- Excellent campaign planning, management and execution skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a good understanding of best practice around all aspects of data and CRM use
- Experience in first line management (as either a supervisor or team lead) would be desirable
- Flexible approach, good at prioritising, reporting KPIs and learning from them
- Previous experience within a B2B Demand Generation environment is preferable
- Good hands-on technical skills, especially with email automation
- Highly analytical and data driven
- Desire to truly understand the customer, the products, and new opportunities
