Looking for someone with:
- Hands on social media management experience, specifically within an in-house role for a B2C or D2C brand.
- Strategic & growth mindset: proven ability to demonstrate innovative, strategic thinking with a focus on disruptive and growth-oriented social media strategies.
- Able to set, track and achieve KPIs that directly contribute to business growth.
- Community management skills: experience in building, managing and growing online communities, fostering positive engagement and driving brand loyalty.
- Expertise in using social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Goggle Analytics.
What’ll you be working on:
- Social media strategy: develop, implement and oversee the social media strategy and calendar across all company social channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Handle day to day operations of all social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Community engagement: proactively manage online community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for followers while maintaining the brand’s voice and values.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to lead the creation of engaging and high-quality social media content
- Performance analysis & reporting: regularly monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimise strategies and improve results
