We are working with a rapidly expanding Insuretech company who are revolutionising the industry. They’re now looking for a dynamic and innovative Head of Marketing to drive their marketing strategy and help them reach new heights.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in shaping the brand’s future and driving the strategic initiatives that will lead to rapid and sustained growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Brand Development: Build and maintain a strong brand presence in the market, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Growth Marketing: Drive the overall strategy for customer acquisition and retention, working closely with external agencies to ensure campaigns are optimized for performance across channels such as paid search, social media, email, and partnerships.
- Public Relations: Lead PR efforts to increase brand visibility and manage the company’s public image, including managing media relationships, press releases, and event planning.
- Community Management: Cultivate and engage their community, building a loyal customer base through social media, forums, events, and other platforms.
- Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with target audience, including blogs, newsletters, videos, and more.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to drive growth and enhance the brand’s reach.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team as the company scales.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact.
What you'll need:
- You have led or been part of a B2C (preferably D2C) team that has achieved incredible growth in the past (minimum 7 years of experience). There is a strong emphasis on growth marketing, brand development, and PR.
- You can use analytics and performance metrics to inform marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and report on marketing ROI to the executive team.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling marketing teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A creative thinker who can develop innovative campaigns and solutions that differentiate our brand in the marketplace.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to pivot quickly as needed.
