As the Director of Marketing, London and Group Loyalty, (Maternity 12 month FTC) you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns and strategies to elevate the reach, revenue, and reputation of our luxury hotels. Your primary focus will be on maximizing the potential of our London properties while ensuring the seamless implementation and optimization of the Discovery Loyalty Programme across the Doyle Collection group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on the strategy to grow Loyalty and Membership business for The Doyle Collection hotels.
- Work in partnership with GHA DISCOVERY, the international loyalty programme which includes over 800 hotels worldwide, to ensure member recognition is delivered and revenue is maximized across the group.
- Leadership experience in marketing within the hospitality or luxury industries for relevant brands,
- Proven experience in marketing strategy and planning to drive business growth.
- Experience in delivering successful luxury B2C campaigns and activation's to drive reach, revenue and reputation.
- Expertise in growing engagement and conversion through digital marketing and social media, including paid and organic social, display and search.
- Lead and develop close stakeholder relationships with the London hotel General Managers and hotel teams, working collaboratively to deliver business goals, ensuring effective communication, and reporting regularly.
- Lead, inspire and manage the busy London marketing team to deliver work to the highest standard, with high levels of team engagement. Manage the team across all aspects including development, training, project allocation and performance management.
- Play a key leadership role as part of the Marketing Leadership team, working collaboratively to support the wider goals and objectives of The Doyle Collection.
