Hybrid Working: Hybrid (3 days encouraged, 2 required in London office, remaining days at home)
Position Overview:
We are looking for an organised and self-motivated admin assistant to support the brand development and marketing teams, enabling them to move quickly and efficiently.
This role will work closely with the brand, marketing, operations and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Marketing Stock Management and Ordering:
- Owning sample forecasting across all off-trade marketing activities (PR, social media, events, IRM, other / adhoc) across all markets.
- Provide monthly updates to operations team on forecasting changes and associated impact or next steps.
- Manage marketing stock requests across the organisation, tracking delivery of all orders and ensuring delivery is timely and accurate, updating stakeholders as necessary.
- Manage record of all marketing samples requested to support budget management.
Global Marketing Budget Management:
- Supporting marketing team with new vendor setups.
- Raise POs for the marketing team, ensuring full details provided on budget management log. Receive and check all supplier invoices are aligned with POs and provide approval or raise queries as required.
- Key point of contact for Finance team, in regards to marketing financial tracking.
General Marketing Team Support:
- Supporting marketing team with ad-hoc mail-outs or general admin assistance.
- Supporting marketing team with collation of any event materials or requests, including budget management.
- Strong understanding of product portfolio, to provide recommendations to stakeholders, agency partners, and creators, based on SKU or activity requests.
- Other adhoc opportunities to support wider team work-streams eg. customer or competitor insights / research, sales analysis support, operational challenges.

- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and able to pick up adhoc software easily

- Marketing Degree or experience preferred
