As Marketing Executive, you will assist the Marketing Manager in shaping and executing the overarching brand strategy. You will deliver creatively outstanding and high-quality campaigns to promote our landmark Film, Games and TV Awards - from nominations through to red carpet – driving awareness and engagement with public audiences. You will take the lead on our digital marketing plans; crafting regular e-newsletters supporting on website content upload and delivering authentic and effective influencer activity, managing the end-to-end pipeline.
You will be passionate about using and developing your marketing skills and experience to drive awareness of and engagement with BAFTA’s purpose and mission, from our awards to our year-round learning and talent programmes, fostering deeper connection and relevancy with our members, industry audiences and public both in the UK and globally.
This role requires a proactive, self-sufficient individual who already has experience working as part of a marketing team and is looking to grow into becoming an expert in their field. You will be encouraged to continuously develop your skills and take on new challenges, preparing you for potential future roles both within and outside the organisation.

Who you are?
- An excellent communicator, verbally and written.
- Someone experienced working as part of a marketing team to deliver strategic marketing campaigns for brands.
- Experienced in digital marketing across different platforms - paid and organic.
- Someone proficient experience in marketing software and tools, including CRM, analytics platforms, and content management systems (WordPress, Mailchimp, GA4). Working knowledge of HTML is a plus.
- Someone with a proven ability to be proactive and manage workload independently and to ensure tasks are delivered on budget and to deadlines.

- A creative mind, with sharp attention to detail.
