The Broadwick Live Marketing team leads best-in-class marketing campaigns to audiences across our portfolio of music venues such as Drumsheds London, Printworks London and Field Day Festival.
We work collaboratively with the inhouse creative & programming teams and our partners to build and deliver multi-channel campaigns to drive ticket sales and brand awareness through innovation and creativity.

What we're looking for:
We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the Broadwick Marketing team in project planning and successful delivery of marketing campaigns, working closely with the rest of the Marketing team, Creative team, Venue teams and the wider group to help put together a best in class programme of strategic and tactical activity which answers all marketing objectives.
You'll help to drive and increase ticket sales, brand awareness and positive association, and help to coordinate marketing activities with various internal and external departments such as design, business development, sales, design, PR, operations, talent and senior management.
You'll need to be passionate about music, music events and festivals!
What you'll be responsible for:
Marketing
- Helping to deliver all phases of our marketing communications plan
- Producing regular sales and marketing reports to monitor progress
- Writing blogs and copy for marketing material
- Overseeing our email databases, creating and deploying emails
- Working to budgets provided
- Responding to customer queries
- Evaluate marketing campaigns' success and feedback results to marketing managers
- Undertaking continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
- Meeting marketing objectives and best practices
- Helping to identify content marketing opportunities
- Working with PR, Videographers and Photographers on site at the venues and events
- Artwork briefing for digital and physical content
- Campaign coordination including assisting the marketing team to deliver marketing plans for all launches during the campaign
- Coordinating the sharing of assets with external parties, including talent representatives
- Advertising including assisting with bookings and budgets
- Assisting with booking print and outdoor advertising
- Assisting with paid social media and other digital advertising such as programmatic and visual display, alongside the agency
- Social Media and Community Management including curating social media plans and content across all platforms
- Curating socially savvy and shareable content across photos, video and more
- Publishing and scheduling content across platforms
- Producing reports and stats on social media activity
- Managing customer communications and inboxes
- Content Management including writing copy for external output, promotion and the website
- Curating socially savvy and shareable content across photo, video and more
- Printing advertising content and liaising with any agencies or workloads involving creating content
- Monitoring web performance
- Working with the team to produce content for the website
- Updating and making website amends and maintaining performance

You'll need to have:
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- An understanding of social media platforms including Instagram
- Strong relationship building skills
- The ability to work holistically across channels and venues while ensuring priorities are being managed correctly.
- Ability to juggle multiple demands and high priority tasks simultaneously
- Extremely confident using Microsoft Office
- A creative mindset
- A love of music and live events
- Likeable, dedicated, with a thirst for getting stuck in
- Excellent written English and be numerate
- A drive to learn new skills
- Intellectually curious with an analytical and process-oriented mind-set
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
