We’re seeking Housing Performance Managers to join Brent’s Resident Services and support our Tenant Service Managers to provide excellent customer service to the community.

About the post
As a Housing Performance Manager, your focus will be on upskilling staff to deliver exceptional services to tenants.
You’ll focus on KPI achievement, ensuring that services are delivered consistently. You will be required to manage and improve performance in Brent’s Tenancy Service, driving improvements and creating a team to be proud of.
You will also uphold the guidelines set out by the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023, demonstrating a commitment to improving standards and ensuring the safety and quality of our social housing in compliance with this critical legislation.

To be successful in this role you’ll be committed to delivering outcomes for vulnerable people, with a passion for customer service.
You’ll be enthusiastic about staff development and keen to grow a team that reduces stigma, improves outcomes, and is consistently excellent.
You’ll have a keen interest in Housing and want to make a difference within an organisation that invests in people.
