Your Role:
As our Social Media Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our online presence, responsible for creating and managing engaging content across multiple platforms to maximize brand awareness and engagement. This means taking ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) and leading the charge in achieving our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Implement, manage, and develop social media campaigns, maintaining the social media calendar and planning activities across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Content Creation: Create and deliver innovative, platform-specific content for all social media channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Strategy Execution: Plan, design, and execute effective social media strategies to grow the brand's online presence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, branding, and e-commerce teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall business goals.
- Brand Awareness: Develop and manage social media campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and engagement.
- Analytics: Analyse social media metrics and generate reports with actionable insights to inform future strategies.
- Best Practices: Stay current with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Engagement: Engage and interact with followers promptly and effectively to foster a strong online community.
- Customer Support: Provide customer support via email, chat, and social media.
- Content Management: Oversee the brand's content, newsletter, website, and social media pages for consistency and growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with at least 3-5 years in the industry.
- Creative Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, for content creation and editing.
- Platform Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other social media best practices.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience using social media management and analytics platforms.
- Communication: Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creativity: Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of online marketing channels and the full customer user journey.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
