This role can be based in UK or Ireland.
Role Purpose
Responsible for supporting on the marketing of the Paediatric category brands. Create story-telling to drive brand and business growth through engaged cross functional teams
Brand P&L delivery and market performance
- Contribute to development and delivery of annual marketing plan & business targets
- Support the SBM in the development and delivery of annual marketing plan & business targets
- Support in Portfolio management and brand resource allocation and tracking (A&P)
- Provide input into monthly ‘brand review meetings’ gather insights into campaign performance from the Solutions team, monitoring and reporting of competitor activities, tracking of sell-in and in market performance of defined sub categories
- Support financial management – raise POs and manage supplier payment workflows Management of the pricing workflow
- Brand reminders tracking usage, new orders, sign off, storage facilities
- Management of literature and sales materials in storage (reprints / reorders etc)
- Manage the relationships with storage facilities and other agencies
Brand building & strategic north star (aligned with global brand vision & strat plan)
- Contribute to and champion manifesto and brand purpose
- Contribute to Brand strategy and branding planning / ICP
- Shape & support UKI brand strategy, & create clear UK and Ire brand strategy nuances as relevant
Communications & creative
- Communications & creative
- Supports SBM on always on strategy and activation
- Support the delivery of HCP education plans including face to face events and virtual events such as webinars and podcasts from promotion to post event activations and linking to brand
- Provide input into / lead where needed internal and external marketing communication and asset execution
- Event strategic management and contribution
Lead innovation projects
- Lead smaller brand innovation projects & launches
- Contribute to people development & high feedback culture
Act as agile resource within category
- As relevant, lead additional projects outside specific remit to support key growth opportunities or to further individual development
