Established by Seedlip Founder Ben Branson, the studio is an independent brand and business development company, leading the second wave of moderation by helping people drink better through innovative and disruptive projects.
Pollen Projects leverages Ben and the founding team's extensive drinks industry expertise and global network to make a significant impact in the global premium non-alcoholic category.
The first product from Pollen Projects Studio is seasn, the 'salt & pepper' for drinks. seasn comprises two delicious and intense cocktail bitters that enhance the flavour of drinks and modernise a 200-year-old monopolised category. seasn LIGHT brightens sodas, margaritas, and martinis, while seasn DARK enriches gingers, highballs, and old fashioneds. Both are vegan and contain 0.0% alcohol.
Pollen Project will also be launching two new disruptive brands in the non-alc space.
Role Overview:
The Marketing/Social Executive will work closely with digital, PR and leadership teams to create engaging, on-brand content for our core social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This role will support our marketing, eCommerce, and growth strategies by devising content strategies that drive attention, interest, desire, and conversion. Additionally, the role involves managing paid social media campaigns and fostering a strong online community.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
Collaborate with a wider team to produce daily engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Devise content strategies with the digital and PR team to enhance user engagement and drive sales conversions.
Write compelling captions for all social media platforms.
Plan, source, write, and curate original content for social channels.
Work and manage small-scale shoots to produce content and work with designers, art directors to produce graphic/film content.
Ensure content consistency across all paid channels by working closely with the digital marketing team.
Community Management:
Act as the interaction and community lead on social media to establish, maintain, and grow user relationships.
Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and other forms of interaction to build a strong community around our brands.
Paid Social Media Management:
Manage paid social media activations across platforms (META, TikTok, Pinterest) to meet brand awareness and performance objectives.
Implement campaigns, including set-up, tracking, and optimisation, as well as manage creative assets.
Conduct day-to-day optimisations, pacing, and reporting of campaigns against key metrics, and forecast spend.
Support in designing paid social campaign strategies.
Collaborate with digital team, media vendors and tech partners for campaign execution and relationship building.
Stay ahead of industry trends by supporting innovation and connecting externally to the latest social media trends.
Collaboration & Insights:
Collaborate with the broader team on digital activation, content planning.
Work with Marketing teams to generate and share insights.
Support the marketing/digital team to maximise content creation opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and paid social media advertising.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Experience in content strategy, campaign management, and community building.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the latest social media trends and innovations.
