We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Assistant to join the Amy Jane London team. You will be assisting content creation, influencer marketing and social strategy for our marketing platforms. Creating impactful content to drive online success. Must have a keen eye for viral trends, Amy Jane London aesthetic, target audience and creation of visually appealing on-brand content that will engage with our audience!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms to drive online success.
- Create visually appealing, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with current fashion trends to be used on marketing platforms e.g: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest.
- Scheduling and posting daily instagram stories, posting content on all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest)
- Staying updated on viral trends and incorporating into upcoming content strategy to maximise engagement.
- Manage relationships with influencers, including identifying, reaching out to, and nurturing partnerships.
- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic content and manage/keep up to date with affiliate scheme.
- Track and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and influencer partnerships, making data-driven decisions to optimise results.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging social media platforms to continually innovate and improve our social media presence.
- Engaging with social media followers and keeping up with direct messages on all social platforms.
- Other responsibilities will include: organising shoots/ updating e-commerce Shopify products/adjusting inventory/uploading imagery to website/keeping content organised and updated.
Requirements
- Proven 2+ experience in social media and content creation, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and relating fashion marketing trends
- Excellent visual and creative skills, with the ability to create captivating content
- Experience in influencer marketing, including relationship management and campaign execution.
- Ability to identify and capitalise on emerging trends to keep our brand relevant and engaging.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and internal team members.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools to track and measure the success of campaigns.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Passion for brand aesthetic is a must
