SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE
REPORTS TO: HEAD OF BRAND & PR
SUMMARY:
ALIGNE is seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage the day-to-day social posting, content creation strategy and growth of our channels. Reporting to the Head of Brand & PR, this is a new opportunity for our growing London-based team. The ideal candidate will need to have a passion for content creation, a visual eye and be a social media addict with strong writing skills, and video-editing skills.
THE PERSON:
- Owning the day-to-day running of the social calendar and scheduling on the ALIGNE social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
- Building and creating our behind-the-scenes content and giving our community access to the team, day-to-day life in the office and key events.
- Write social copy, schedule content and publish daily across platforms.
- Maintain and hone the ALIGNE tone of voice, ensuring all posts are aligned with the brand.
- Cultivate and grow our social community with engaging social content and strong community management skills.
- Building and shaping our TikTok strategy.
- Report on social engagement and traffic analytics on a daily, weekly and monthly level.
- Stay on top of social trends, providing feedback to the wider team on new innovations.
- Support with brand launches, shoots, commercial projects and paid partnerships.
- Capture and create behind-the-scenes content in the office for our channels.
- Capture and create behind-the-scenes content on shoots and key events for our channels.
- Self-shoot, upload and edit content with the support of Graphic Design.
THE PERSON:
- A love and understanding of social media, fashion and content creation.
- A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the ALIGNE brand.
- Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
- Organised and follows content calendars and schedules seamlessly.
- Strong video editing skills and content creation for all platforms.
- Strong concept creator & storyteller with the ability to communicate clearly.
- Knowledge of the latest algorithms and industry standards.
- Teamwork-focussed approach.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Creative flair and the ability to contribute ideas.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in social media role within the fashion industry.
- Good time management skills, well organised and can prioritise and work under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
- A passion and knowledge of influencers and content creators.
- Finger on the pulse – They always know the latest fashion launch, TikTok trend, influencer collaboration
- Confidence in meeting new people and being at events
- A positive can-do attitude with the ability to think outside the box.
- A team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
