The Role
This role will sit within EGR in the marketing team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing client marketing campaigns, creation of supporting content and driving social presence to promote EGR.
The role will encompasses owning and running marketing campaigns using the latest marketing automation and CRM technology, social media, and digital/online marketing channels, to generate subscriber growth and drive user engagement.
This is an ideal role for a motivated person with marketing experience in email, social and content creation. This position requires working alongside editorial, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure that campaigns achieve their objectives.
Responsibilities
- Execute lead generation strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and new wins across new and existing business
- Create compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns that clearly articulate the value of the brand, including the creation of digital assets for social media and other channels
- Work with marketing and editorial to create a cohesive content marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across new and existing channels
- Edit imagery and video to showcase our products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas
- Utilise Pardot our marketing automation platform to deliver effective direct marketing email campaigns
- Measure and report on content performance to optimise strategy and drive results; by monitoring metrics like clicks, downloads, impressions and leads generated
- Stay on top of content marketing trends and bring new ideas for us to explore and test
- Manage and communicate the content schedule
Requirements
Ideal Experience would include:
- B2B subscriptions marketing experience
- Knowledge and experience of digital marketing with a focus on social media & content creation
- Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Use of design tools and editing software, such as Canva or similar
Additional Attributes:
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders across the brand
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An understanding of the gambling and sports betting industry would be an advantage
