Role overview:
Really Wild Clothing Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our team in our London office. This pivotal role involves implementing and managing the comprehensive marketing, social and digital, and communication and PR strategies developed by our Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Creative Officer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for the luxury clothing sector.
Key responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Implementation
- Execute the overall marketing strategy as outlined by the CMO.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
- Coordinate with the product development team to ensure marketing initiatives align with product launches.
2. Social and Digital Strategy
- Implement the social media strategy across all platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to optimise performance and report on ROI.
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, SEM, and influencer collaborations.
3. Communication and PR Strategy:
- Execute the communication and PR strategy to enhance brand reputation and media presence.
- Manage relationships with media, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
- Draft and distribute press releases, manage press events, and coordinate interviews.
4. Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communication channels.
- Collaborate with the design and creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
5. Project Management:
- Manage marketing and communication projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyse marketing and communication efforts to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to the CMO and CCO on campaign performance and strategic recommendations.
Required qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, related field or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in marketing communications, preferably in the fashion or luxury goods industry.
- Proven track record in executing marketing strategies and managing social and digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management platforms).
