We are looking for an ambitious and proactive marketing expert with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience to report to the Head of Marketing. Ideally the candidate would have experience in B2B marketing preferably in start ups or scale ups within Financial Service or Saas Business.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team with end-to-end campaign management from development to execution, collaborating with our sales and product team to ensure tailored and targeted messaging
- Strategize (in partnership with the Sales team) and execute sponsored and owned (online) events. Ensure we are attending the relevant event to increase Yapily's brand awareness but also support pipeline generation
- Contribute to the brand building of Yapily across the UK and EMEA through marketing initiatives.
- Support the Senior Demand Generation Manager on tracking the impact of the marketing activities on pipeline generation. Share insights with the team and wider business.
- Work closely with the Content and Demand Generation team on website optimisation. Come up with ideas to improve conversion rates but also project manage it's development.
- Own our prospect and customer Newsletters working closely with the wider marketing and product team.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to maximise reach and impact of all marketing activities
Required Skills/Experience:
- Self starter, ready to be hands-on to support rapid execution of campaign
- Familiar with tools such as Figma, Canva, Contentful (or equivalent)
- Fintech, payments, or finance sector experience is desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience in event management
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing within B2B tech businesses
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns
- Ability in writing skills/copywriting, messaging development and design
- Growth focused mindset using high impact revenue marketing programs
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), marketing automation platforms
(e.g. Pardot), social media advertising and scheduling tools, and web analytics (e.g.
Google Analytics etc).
