WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A Marketing assistant to join our team and assist with various marketing activities, with a focus on social media. Your objective will be to grow our own brand, MOX. Our mission? Make MOX famous!
You will work closely with our Head of Growth and Marketing to help execute campaigns, analyse data, and assist with content creation. You have a strong understanding of culture and how it can have a positive, global impact.
WHAT YOU WILL DO / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the execution of all social media marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling and monitoring, with the objective to grow our audience and help us continue building a strong creative community.
- You will help MOX create a strong visual identity across Insta, Linkedin, Pinterest and more.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform social media marketing strategy and identity areas of improvement.
- Lead social media management, including creating and scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate on any MOX projects.
- Support the team in delivering MOX’s B2B and B2C events.
- Create and edit content for social media, such as captions, images, and videos.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate on project planning and execution.
- Bring your own thinking and passion to the table, looking at ways we can get the agency involved in things you/we really care about.
- Submit ideas for marketing programmes designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1/2+ years working at a brand, creative agency or publisher; however, we’re open to hearing about other relevant experience you can bring to the table.
- You know how to write: social copy, editorial articles and press releases.
- Experience running your own projects from start to finish, showing a flexible mix of independent and collaborative working.
- Passionate about emerging subcultures and how brands can play in those spaces.
- Have a flair for some of these: fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and sport (plus memes).
- You’re entrepreneurial and ready to take on the challenge of making MOX famous.
