You will be joining a small but rapidly growing Operations team based in London. Self motivated and keen to make a big impact you will be looking for the opportunity to show what you can do by providing key support to the Operations Team.
- Process orders placed by B2B customers, issuing invoices to clients against delivery, tracking orders and keep clients updated on delivery status upon request
- D2C customer support
- Branded fridges order processing, tracking and stock management
- Work side-by-side with marketing to support events and with the ambassadors to provide them with VW goods
- Quality reporting and complaint responses for D2C and B2B
- Month end reporting support
- Additional operations support
We are looking for a person with a sincere interest in being part of a rapidly developing team and an appreciation for regular change as we go through a rapid growth phase. You combine a 'can do’ attitude with an open and friendly personality. To be successful you have excellent communication skills coupled with the drive, and passion to add value at any level of company & brand interaction (internal, customer and consumer).To enjoy working at Vitamin Well you most likely have an interest in sports, fitness and health.

- FMCG experience ideal, particularly drinks and food but not required

- Fluent in written and spoken English.
