We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to support the management and optimisation of our performance marketing channels, including affiliates, paid social and paid search. This role is crucial in driving our online presence, increasing brand awareness and driving profitable new customers to the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to campaign management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing and optimising performance marketing channels including affiliates, paid social, paid search and provide support to the Head of Performance Marketing and Ecommerce teams across SEO
- Assist CRM team where necessary to optimise performance of the CRM programme of BAU and automated contacts and the customer review programmes and refer a friend scheme
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to ensure KPIs and CPA targets are met
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to drive the success of affiliate programmes, SEO and paid media campaigns
- Create detailed campaign briefs and coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy
- Ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget, adhering to brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Implement A/B testing strategies to continually improve campaign performance
- Generate regular performance reports for all digital marketing channels, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations
- Utilise analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns
- Present findings to the marketing team and senior management, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure alignment on campaigns and promotional activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep Missoma at the forefront of innovation
COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for fashion and jewellery is a plus.
