Marketing & Training Assistant Manager
As the Marketing and Training Assistant Manager, you will be pivotal to the success of our beauty brands, including belif. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing strategies to launch new products and enhance brand presence in the market. Additionally, you will design and deliver comprehensive training programs, ensuring our beauty advisors have the knowledge and skills to represent our brands effectively.
Accountabilities:
· Take ownership of managing our beauty brands’ marketing campaigns across Europe.
· Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and agencies to develop and execute our marketing strategies.
· Identify and develop long-term marketing strategies for the product portfolio.
· Expand and enhance the brand’s presence in the EMEA market to increase market share.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
· Develop the Retail and Brand Marketing plan, including B&M, Digital, GWPs with retailers, and PR activities.
· Manage visual merchandising in accordance with internal standards.
· Plan and execute launch/PR events and manage influencer relationships.
· Possess a strong understanding of social media marketing, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.
· Coordinate with HQ and local teams for NPD launches and related marketing plans.
· Work closely with external marketing agencies.
· Plan and deliver training to in-store Beauty Advisors and client staff, both online and offline.
· Create training materials for Beauty Advisors and client staff.
· Evaluate promotion effectiveness and ensure expenditures are efficient.
· Enhance the brand’s position by identifying opportunities, driving awareness, and increasing margins.
About You:
· Professional proficiency in English; proficiency in other EU languages is an advantage.
· FMCG background; experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
· Experience developing and growing social media channels.
· Keen interest and passion for the FMCG/beauty industry.
· Strong understanding of customer needs and trends in the consumer goods sector, ideally in beauty within Europe/UK.
· Experience working with beauty retailers and managing agencies.
· Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, attention to detail, and project management experience.
· Ambitious, proactive, and collaborative team player.s
