Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in our studio in Queens Park, NW6, London. Due to the nature of this role, we do not offer remote or hybrid working. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the brand's social media presence, developing and implementing a content strategy, optimising social media platforms, creating written content, and managing communication with the brand's audience as well as building and managing relationships with influencers, marketing agencies, stylists and press. You will also be in charge of planning and running various marketing campaigns of the brand including via paid marketing channels, emails and events. This is a fast-paced role and requires an individual that can work in a creative, dynamic environment and adapt to the tasks as required as part of our small team.
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Working Location: Queens Park, London - Full-Time
Regular Working Hours: 10am - 6pm, Mon - Fri
Key tasks include:
- Focusing on growing the brands presence globally, including growth on social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and email.
- Content creation and Editing, including Stories Posts (Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom only, not Canva)
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies alongside our team
- Assisting with planning, managing and capturing content at photoshoots and events
- Identifying and working with suitable influencers and celebrities for the brand
- Monitoring engagement and interacting with users, influencers, media across platforms.
- In charge of managing the brand's content, newsletter, website and social media pages and ensuring consistency throughout all channels and continued growth as per the brands guidelines
- Customer support via email, chat and social media
- Editing videos for Youtube, TikTok and Instagram (Adobe PremierPro only, not Capcut)
- Monitoring and reporting on analytics on performance across channels and campaigns.
- Creating engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content.
- Working with stylists, magazines, press & other outlets to build the brands presence including PR and Social Media Agencies to promote the brand.
- Assisting our marketing and sales departments with designs, retouching and content
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in fashion, particularly luxury streetwear or creative industries
- Strong understanding of social media content, trends and best practices
- Experience managing social media channels in a professional setting in a similar brand on multiple social media platforms
- Creative background - Strong design skills and experience editing images and videos
- Ability to plan strategic long term brand content & social media campaigns
- Experience with content creation and editing in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro
- Copywriting (Strong verbal and written communication skills)
- Friendly and outgoing person able to build long lasting relationships with both clients, press and the team.
- Able to multi-task and work at a fast pace, quickly adapting to tasks that come up
- Entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm and dedication with the need to succeed
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to self-prioritise workload and to respond swiftly and tactically to business priorities and needs
