We have a fantastic opportunity to recruit a Family Support Worker.
Overall Aim:
- To support the development of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures at Wise Owl Trust, in order to safeguard and protect the children and staff.
- To assist in the coordination of referrals, identifying Early Help Interventions and coordinating actions as required.
- To promote positive attitudes by children and their families towards education and ensure parents/carers are aware of the statutory duties.
- To promote community cohesion, empowering parents/carers and establishing parents as partners.
