The role
We have ASYE vacancies across Children’s Services in Tameside.
We offer a supportive and nurturing ASYE year led by our Social Work Academy where you will be guided by our dedicated Advanced Practitioner Leads as well as support from your Team Manager and Senior Practitioner on your team. You will have access to a bespoke induction which will prepare you for your vital work with our families in addition to reflective supervision, specialised training and development, peer supervision and reflection, coaching and mentoring, dedicated study time and a reduced case load.
