- Support the development and implementation of the Social Media strategy: Working with the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Planning Manager, help create and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing goals and enhance brand visibility, integrating both paid and organic approaches for maximum impact.
- Optimise and plan Paid Social Media campaigns: Plan, set up, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.
- Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Cultivate a positive online community around our brand.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse key performance metrics for social media campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to inform and refine strategies.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure our social media efforts remain innovative and effective.
- Content Optimisation and Planning: Work with the Visual Content and Marketing Planning teams to plan out and schedule content, writing briefs for content capture.
- Work with stakeholders across Buying & Merchandising, Digital and Retail teams to ensure business priorities are captured in the content calendar.
About You
You will have experience working in paid and/or organic social media with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with social media platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Possess a mind and interest in analytics with creative thinking and problem solving skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative communicator who works effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
