What you’ll do
As a Commercial Manager in the Products & Services team, you will be the champion of logistics and DLM (Device Lifecycle Management) commercial performance, lead device life-cycle management and commercial success in UK in conjunction with the segment teams. You will help forecast and plan for budgetary performance, help assess new opportunities, drive cost savings through identification of opportunities and improvements in strategy and process. You will work very closely with local segment teams, group product and platform managers and execute overall logistics and 2nd life product strategy in the UK.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Own budgetary planning and commercial oversight of product and logistics target setting in line with the annual budget cycle, includes forecasting, risk and opportunity planning..
- Deliver the commercial Trade In and Refurb P+L to target, analysing sales performance, buying strategy, device residual value trends, translating market trends into action plans, assessing promotional campaigns.
- Lead a team of commercial specialists to ensure each product P+L operates efficiently to plan, communicate performance across multiple stakeholders, working closely with the Propositions team to ensure objectives and targets area aligned.
- Support major RFP decisions, leading on commercial analysis for Logistics and Trade In, ensuring best possible value is being delivered from contract renewals.
- Ensure appropriate auditing and monitoring is in place for all third party supplier agreements, ensuring transparency and compliance is adhered to at all times.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience in partner and supplier management.
