Marketing Manager, Full Time, ESOP
AudioStack is looking for a talented Marketing Manager that will work across our sales, customer success and marketing teams, as well as our partner ecosystem, to help develop and execute the company’s marketing plan. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll be an integral part of the company’s exciting growth and transformation within a fast and emerging ad tech industry.
This role plays a vital part in supporting the sales team to help grow the business and deliver on our revenue goals. You’ll be helping to generate awareness for AudioStack across existing and new clients and partners through a range of B2B channels, including email marketing, website, LinkedIn, collateral and events, to generate leads for the sales team, whilst arming them with the best tools to win new business.
The main performance indicator for this role will be marketing qualified leads and the number of touch points created with customers. Also, finding new and innovative ways to reach AudioStack’s target audiences will be an important objective and the benchmark for success.

What you'll be doing:
- Create and implement a range of marketing campaigns to drive education, brand awareness, and engagement for global teams. This includes CRM platform management, lead generation, content marketing, social media marketing, and event management
- Oversee day-to-day project management, reporting, and quality assurance of all marketing initiatives
- Plan and execute company events, trade shows, and webinars to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Utilize analytic tools to enhance the company’s marketing efforts, aligning with the overall marketing strategy and plan. Measure and report on the effectiveness and ROI of all marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement
- Manage AudioStack’s CRM database and execute targeted email campaigns for various client archetypes
- Oversee the distribution of all content across relevant channels, including social media, the company website, and email
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of marketing campaigns and events
Requirements
- Experience: At least 3+ years of successful B2B technology marketing experience, with a strong understanding of the ad tech industry and a passion for digital marketing
- Skills: Excellent written, oral, and organizational skills with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical and Creative Mindset: A data-driven, analytical, and creative mind with numerical confidence. A BS/BA degree is preferred
- CRM Proficiency: Confident in working with CRM platforms and data management
- Attitude: Positive, passionate, and driven with a can-do attitude, thriving in a fast-paced business environment
- Event Management: Experience in planning and managing events, including the willingness to travel for relevant marketing activations and events
